2019 Cuvee Annette

2019 Cuvee Annette
The 2019 vintage has a deep ruby color and is balanced but juicy with a full body and a lingering palate. It is bursting with rich dark fruits such as elderberry, blueberries and perfectly ripe black cherries. Leather, anise, vanilla soft caramel, and bramble berries on the palate and nose. This wine has many layers and subtle nuances that intrigue the palate. The tannins have great structure that will hold the wine up for years to come.
Cuvee Annette is crafted from small batches of fruit harvested from Annette's clock in the Diamond Mine Vineyard. The wine is intense and complex, yet remains an elegance that stems from the gentle hands-on treatment.
Pairs well with Six Sigma grass-fed beef or lamb. Perfect for dessert with a cheese plate; try it with a bittersweet chocolate cake.
