2018 Syrah, Marianne's Reserve
A full-bodied wine with spicy notes of clove and nutmeg and a touch of pepper and leather. It has complex flavors of blueberries, vanilla and tobacco. The finish is soft with light tannins.
We let this wine ferment hot and fast, extracting as much of the intense colors and flavors from the grape skins as possible. Perfect with bacon or a Six Sigma Ranch tender filet, steaks, barbecue, and mild cheese.
100% Syrah, grown in Marianne's Vineyard at Six Sigma Ranch. 24 months in French Oak, 40% new.
